Industry Ready prepares aspiring performers for the realities of the professional entertainment industry through practical training, insider knowledge, and real-world preparation, so they can step into auditions and opportunities with confidence, clarity, and practical next steps.

Why We Exist

Talent is just the beginning.

There are plenty of places where young performers can learn to act. But when it comes to navigating the entertainment industry, many young actors and their parents are left to figure it out on their own.

Industry Ready bridges that gap by giving young performers practical, real-world knowledge about auditions, self-tapes, casting, agents, set etiquette, and the industry’s professional expectations.

It’s about creating performers who are informed, confident, professional — and genuinely Industry Ready.
